Ocean Tower’s overall architecture style and MEPs are in good condition. Considerate the operation needs and approval risks, the public spaces are redesigned and upgraded without changing the struture. logon.design has improved the overall image of the public spaces and rebranded the building through design, while considering the investment cost and current tenants. Now, the new Ocean Tower is ready to get into it’s next life phase, to meet the evolving requirements of the market.

樓宇品牌重塑以大樓耳熟能詳?shù)拿帧昂Ｑ蟠髲B”為出發(fā)點，從標識演繹設計概念。

The design idea is from the property’s well-known name: Ocean Tower.

更新后的樓宇采用柔和的曲線元素與光滑的材料，與外立面暖色垂直石材元素形成鮮明對比，旨在塑造外灘獨具國際、潮流、強烈特色的新型寫字樓。設計元素、照明和色彩充分體現(xiàn)海洋與水的形象，彰顯上海作為中國主要港口與金融中心的傳統(tǒng)地位。

The soft curves and smooth materials of the new interior design provide a strong contrast with the linear and vertical facade. The shapes, light, and colors present the image of ocean, as well as honoring the traditional role of Shanghai as the international port of China.

場地景觀遵循品牌概念，清理周邊雜亂環(huán)境，引入曲線和波紋元素，仿佛海浪拍打建筑，營造出具有代表性的場所身份與到達體驗。

Cleaned up the messy surroundings to improve the accessibility. Curves and waves of the outdoor landscape set up the theme, like waves lapping at buildings. Added modern green spaces, upgraded the shop front, and enhanced the arrival experience.

新的弧形雨棚不僅定義建筑入口，同時起承轉合的連接建筑立面、落客區(qū)、景觀與室內空間。

The new, curvy canopy defining the entrance while connecting facade, drop off area, landscape, and interior spaces.

步入樓宇，隨著波浪的律動，訪客將探尋發(fā)現(xiàn)更多海洋設計元素的詮釋。大堂墻面采用鋁板材料，設計為2D、3D兩個維度的曲線，與流動的燈光相結合，提升大堂的韻律感與空間感，同時引導人流進入電梯廳。重置接待臺，設置以礁石為設計理念的休憩空間。

Along with the flow of the waves, visitors find more interpretations of the desgin ideas while walking through the main lobby. Combine space, materials and Fengshui, the new designed lobby offers the better arrival experience. The three-dimensional curves along the walls leading you from main lobby to the lift lobby, as well the floor waves which made of graceful light and dark grey shells. The large white pebbles are resting areas.

室內設計將海洋設計語匯延伸至各樓層公共空間，電梯廳、走廊及租戶空間均以現(xiàn)代風淺灰色為基調，選取不同的圖案與材質。

The Ocean theme continues through all public spaces with desgined patterns, materials and colors.

租戶辦公空間擁有絕佳的外灘視野，升級為鏡面材料的天花板，倒影出世界著名國際貿易中心之一的上海。

The ocean ending at the door of each office space, where visitors have a great view of the Bund. Meanwhile the mirror ceilings relflect the most impressive international trade hub of the world.
