業(yè)主需求：

廚房過道比較寬，造成廚房空間浪費，增加一個西式廚房空間；

解決錯層踏步樓梯狹小、擁擠、不夠安全的問題；

主臥衛(wèi)生間和衣帽間采光差，并且主衛(wèi)的門對著床，需要格局改造；

主臥寬度不夠，屋主需要嵌入式衣柜。

改造說明：

對廚房和次臥之間的墻面進行錯位設計，相互借位，保證廚房和次臥的嵌入式儲物柜的容納空間，也避免了廚房的空間浪費；

改變多功能房開門方向，改善了玄關的采光條件；

縮小客廳寬度，將一部分寬度「借」給主臥過道，使其可以容納嵌入式衣柜；

拓寬并向左移動原有錯層踏步樓梯。

作為通過客餐廳的通道，本案玄關空間狹小，無法安放玄關儲物柜，于是在客廳沙發(fā)背景墻和玄關之間，打造了一個「獨立」玄關收納柜，上半部分可以囤雜物，下半部分用來放鞋靴。

作為通過客餐廳的通道，本案玄關空間狹小，無法安放玄關儲物柜，于是在客廳沙發(fā)背景墻和玄關之間，打造了一個「獨立」玄關收納柜，上半部分可以囤雜物，下半部分用來放鞋靴。

在玄關過道上鑿壁「開門」，將與玄關一墻之隔的小房間，同玄關貫通，改善了玄關的采光，也讓成為書房的小房間換了一個開門方向轉換了室內(nèi)動線，一舉多得。

屋主希望將書房打造成為一個集辦公閱讀、訪客居住和閑暇撫琴的可變空間。因此全屋定制「榻榻米」、儲物柜和辦公桌一應俱全，充分利用了書房空間。

The owner wanted to make the study into a variable space for office reading, visitor living and leisure playing the piano. Because this whole house is made to order "tatami", store content ark and desk are all available, made full use of study space.

利用收納柜和墻面之間的距離，在吊柜下方設置了懸空書桌，巖板材質的「重」在懸空的形式下，被大大中和了。視覺上的清透也產(chǎn)生了減少衛(wèi)生死角的效果。

一扇玻璃移門，打通了客廳和書房的界限，進一步的讓沙發(fā)在客廳中的位置，獲得更大的自由。

電視背景墻還是一樣的簡潔大氣，即便是最簡單的造型，有了具有斑駁感的藝術漆的涂裝，特別是在磁吸軌道燈的暖光加持下，調(diào)和了空間的硬朗冷感。

電視背景墻靠近陽臺的位置，懸空擋板讓背景墻呈現(xiàn)更高的完整性，另一個作用是對陽光進行遮擋，減少對電視畫面的影響。

而陽臺部分的儲物柜也采用了懸空的安裝方式，減少高柜的壓迫感。

為了承載一些基本的影音設備，設計師為電視背景墻設計了懸空置物架，在方便使用易于打理地面的基礎上，弱化了電視背景墻體量感。

客廳的懸空置物架向餐廳方向延伸，與樓梯臺階在餐廳相銜接，產(chǎn)生極強的一體感。

餐廳空間中最為特別的是懸挑餐桌，是通過現(xiàn)場焊接鍍鋅方管結構，再加上實木貼皮而制成的。餐桌短邊與背景墻相連，懸空結構讓厚重的餐桌視覺上變得輕盈，減少了餐廳空間的單調(diào)感。

One of the most distinctive features of the dining space is the cantilevered dining table, which is made by welding the galvanized square tube structure on site and adding solid wood to the veneer. 設計師特意將餐椅設計為非對稱形式，一邊是常規(guī)皮革實木餐椅，而另一邊則是結合了錯層樓梯結構的混凝土長凳。

在這種客餐廳高度融合的空間格局，視覺上的阻礙和凌亂感常見的問題，但是可以通過懸空的設計手法，搭配輕量化的家具，制造出「空氣感」十足的開放式空間。

電視背景墻和餐廳背景墻共享同一塊墻面，這是設計師重塑的墻面體塊，有別于原始戶型的客廳墻面，而且為了減少簡潔體塊堆疊的單調(diào)冰冷感，為此打造了裝飾框，并且配以燈帶。

本案廚房分為兩個部分，玻璃移門之外有容納了冰箱的高柜，以及可以承載很多小廚電的水吧臺。利用墻面借位的方式，在冰箱后方形成空間，打造了嵌入式置物柜，滿足大量的食品收納需求。

玻璃移門之內(nèi)則是傳統(tǒng)的中式廚房，U型櫥柜保證了充足的收納空間以及容納嵌入式廚電。采用了錯位的設計手法，將大容量儲物柜嵌入墻面，同時也給墻面的另一側的次臥提供了可以嵌入衣柜的空間。

從錯層樓梯開始，是本案的私人區(qū)域的部分。設計師采用了隱形門，減少了視覺上的冗雜。

原本過道寬度有限，無法容納衣柜，因此同樣是采用了錯位的設計手法，「借」用了一部分的客廳空間，在主臥打造了嵌入式衣柜。而我們在客廳看到的墻面體塊穿插拼接，是為了掩飾客廳墻面突出采用的設計手法。

本案對主臥空間格局進行大幅度的調(diào)整，打造了集主衛(wèi)、輕辦公區(qū)和衣帽間的主臥空間。依然采用無主燈設計，搭配床頭背景墻的淺灰色藝術漆，與胡桃木和黃頭材質相得益彰。

In this case, the space pattern of the master bedroom has been adjusted to a great extent, creating the master bedroom space of the collection of the master bathroom, light office area and cloakroom. 將原先的主臥衛(wèi)生間進行改造，劃分出梳妝臺以及收納更衣的區(qū)域，另一部分保留衛(wèi)生間功能。用長虹玻璃移門減少對空間的占用，也在保證隱私的前提下減少梳妝換衣時的昏暗。

主衛(wèi)是暗衛(wèi)采光較差，而一墻之隔的客衛(wèi)采光較好，為了改善主衛(wèi)采光，在客衛(wèi)主衛(wèi)之間的墻面設計了一扇「窗」，使得客衛(wèi)自然光引入主衛(wèi)，讓光線——這一空間重要元素，在兩個空間中流動。

在小面積的衛(wèi)生間中，立柱式洗手盆成為首選。設計最為獨特的是洗手盆和水龍頭之間的肥皂架，造型簡潔，不易積存肥皂水。

次臥的嵌入式衣柜，也是通過與相鄰的廚房相互錯位「借」來的空間。

運用原本窗臺的位置，打造了儲物抽屜。內(nèi)有桌板可以抽出，拓寬了作為桌面的使用面積。

床頭背板貫穿整個床頭背景墻，內(nèi)置暖光燈帶，中央空調(diào)出風口下方也安裝有燈帶，在淺灰色藝術漆墻面上形成溫和的微光，調(diào)和了極簡空間的單調(diào)了冷感。

結語：為了空間功能的「借位」，營造視覺輕盈的「懸空」，都在體現(xiàn)著空間設計的獨特張力。體塊和線條在空間中穿插，讓光線、氣流和視覺都在空間內(nèi)自由穿行。

"Borrowing" for spatial function，create the visual lightness of "Hanging", are reflecting the unique tension of the space design. The volumes and lines intersperse the space, allowing light, air flow and vision to flow freely through the space.

空間設計不只是功能的、視覺的，更多的是服務。用心挖掘屋主的真實生活需求，將空間功能和視覺感受有機融合，設計的巧妙構想、優(yōu)質的施工落地，才能獲得屋主發(fā)自內(nèi)心的肯定。

Space design is not only functional, visual, more is service.
