案例簡(jiǎn)介 Case description
聯(lián)合辦公不僅僅只是低成本、共享辦公的一種選擇方式，更多的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下對(duì)場(chǎng)所有了更多的要求，不同的客戶群里也對(duì)空間有了不同的欲望。在這種欲望的督促下，鑫稞聯(lián)合辦公選擇市中心、交通便利的南京市規(guī)劃建設(shè)展覽館作為基地，總面積約占地5000平方米，主要分為東西兩個(gè)區(qū)域，并設(shè)有大堂接待、休閑區(qū)、茶水吧、健身區(qū)、閱讀區(qū)、洽談區(qū)、會(huì)議室、打印區(qū)、辦公區(qū)......辦公區(qū)還分為大中小不同規(guī)格，均可供年輕化以及成熟性企業(yè)選擇。At present, joint office is not only a low-cost, shared office choice. More market competition has more requirements for the field, and different customer groups have different desires for space. Under the urging of this desire, Xinyao jointly chose the Nanjing Planning and Construction Exhibition Hall in the city center and convenient transportation as its base. The total area covers an area of about 5,000 square meters and is mainly divided into two areas: East and West. There are lobby reception, leisure area, tea bar, fitness area, reading area, negotiation area, conference room, printing area, office area......The office area is also divided into large, medium and small specifications, which are available for younger and mature enterprises.
鑫稞共設(shè)計(jì)了東西兩個(gè)入口，東側(cè)主大堂空間，主要承擔(dān)接待問(wèn)詢的功能，地面做了大型的棋盤和零散的棋子，寓意“職場(chǎng)如博弈”，西側(cè)為輔入口，主要是工作人員上下班出入方便，整體設(shè)計(jì)與東側(cè)相呼應(yīng)。

設(shè)計(jì)師在出入口臨近的位置做了茶水吧、休閑區(qū)和洽談區(qū)，并且把幾個(gè)區(qū)域用拱形門洞串聯(lián)起來(lái)，又利用拱形把需要比較私密安靜的辦公空間隔在拱形之外。動(dòng)靜分離的布置，一方面讓視覺(jué)點(diǎn)更集中，一方面也便于后期的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。

會(huì)議室為改造空間，位于東西兩側(cè)的中間區(qū)域，方便每個(gè)辦公室開(kāi)會(huì)及接待。原會(huì)議室是并排兩間的經(jīng)理室，烤漆玻璃位置為800*800mm的柱子，在保留原有基礎(chǔ)的結(jié)構(gòu)上，設(shè)計(jì)師做了整體墻面的調(diào)整。

主體走廊和大堂呼應(yīng)，棋盤、棋子裝飾在其中。在鑫稞辦公空間中，后期裝飾造價(jià)也是設(shè)計(jì)考慮的一部分，因?yàn)檗k公區(qū)在整個(gè)大樓的負(fù)一層，為了保證每間辦公室的采光和通透，設(shè)計(jì)師考慮用玻璃隔幕墻及玻璃門作為突破，對(duì)于100間的辦公室，門套及踢腳線的價(jià)格也是相當(dāng)不菲的，設(shè)計(jì)師最后決定用歐松板及鍍鈦拉絲收邊條完成，即節(jié)約又美觀。
