案例簡介 Case description
這是一套位于楊浦區(qū)的兩居室，一對中年夫婦的家。由于房子年久失修，原本打算重新置換，可看了一大圈還是覺得自己家最好，于是找到我們希望能重新裝修。對于二次裝修，有點(diǎn)出乎我們意料的是，他們不同于大多數(shù)中年夫妻趨于保守，反而是想有個(gè)“翻天覆地”的改變，很想嘗試“酷”一點(diǎn)的感覺。對于長期居住的老房，初次量房時(shí)，往往能更真切感受到屋主的生活狀態(tài)及房子的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)：原有戶型進(jìn)門口缺乏儲物功能，餐廳比較局促，餐桌的位置擺放較為尷尬；原有格局造成了廚房和餐廳的互動性較差，廚房空間也沒有被很好利用，缺乏放置電器柜的位置。
改造思路：
① 空間大挪移：次臥與客廳做了對調(diào)，原一南一北兩間臥室變?yōu)閮砷g舒適的朝南臥室。原主臥改為女兒房，原客廳成為主臥，原次臥完全釋放為客廳。由于原有格局的餐廳和客廳之間是比較獨(dú)立的，改造后原北次臥空間釋放給了客廳，客餐廳的結(jié)合感、互動感都更強(qiáng)。
② 餐廚一體化：島臺直接連接廚房臺面，從使用功能和空間上都產(chǎn)生了一定的延伸性，增強(qiáng)了開放式廚房的形式感。
③ 衛(wèi)生間干濕分離：衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)為干濕分離形式，兩者分離后，洗手臺面不僅更寬敞，而且淋浴、浴缸功能一應(yīng)俱全。
除了空間上的改造，設(shè)計(jì)師也非常注重生活的便利性和實(shí)用性。房屋套內(nèi)面積雖然不大，但是每個(gè)功能的分區(qū)都比較齊全，獨(dú)立的清潔工具柜，洗衣區(qū)，小水吧區(qū)……能夠充分滿足日常全家需要，甚至可以經(jīng)常愉快的囤貨。同時(shí)，兩間臥室的收納功能也是十分充足。
為了滿足二次裝修想要改頭換面的訴求，經(jīng)過深入的溝通、探討，設(shè)計(jì)師大膽嘗試黑白灰的色調(diào)。運(yùn)用紋理變化比較強(qiáng)的煙灰木紋色作為客廳空間的柜體及墻板飾面的顏色，櫥柜的顏色則選擇深灰色，打造高級質(zhì)感。頂面采用局部藝術(shù)漆做空間視覺的延伸。整體空間采用了昏暗色調(diào)后，燈光設(shè)計(jì)顯得尤為重要：立面的線性燈拉升空間，鋼帶燈的洗墻效果，渲染了餐廳與客廳的氛圍。頂面則有磁吸燈和防炫目筒燈組合而成。整體的燈光設(shè)計(jì)烘托了空間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系，照明層次也逐漸遞進(jìn)。
交流|改造后有了充足的入戶收納空間，甚至還可以展示屋主最愛的收藏品。

懸挑式的收納柜除了酷之外，視覺上會更加輕盈不至于產(chǎn)生壓抑感。In addition to being cool, the cantilevered storage cabinet will be more light visually and will not produce a sense of depression.

外形簡化為一條直線而得名的天際線燈，以鋼帶中心向墻面漫反射形成的獨(dú)特光暈，讓照明更為酷炫。隱形無邊框的風(fēng)口設(shè)計(jì)更為極簡干練。

屋主酷愛烹飪，對餐廚空間的細(xì)節(jié)要求比較高，島臺不僅連接了餐桌還和廚房臺面相接，增加了廚房臺面的利用率。餐廳區(qū)結(jié)合了蒸烤箱和雙開門冰箱，設(shè)計(jì)了整面到頂?shù)慕M合收納柜，使用便捷，腔調(diào)十足。利用窗邊的一個(gè)凹形區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)了水吧臺。

原有客廳帶有一個(gè)內(nèi)陽臺，改為主臥后空間后，整體的空間大大增加。內(nèi)陽臺整體抬升一步后，空間的層次感立現(xiàn)，地臺的形式也為休憩提供了多種方式。背景墻采用了三種不同材質(zhì)，大面積藝術(shù)漆結(jié)合局部水磨石和木格柵的拼接，讓立面的設(shè)計(jì)保持一種冷靜的克制感同時(shí)也不會感到呆板乏味。

我們利用過道設(shè)計(jì)了洗漱區(qū)和洗衣區(qū)，衛(wèi)生間里的空間也較之前更為寬敞，獨(dú)立浴缸、淋浴區(qū)一應(yīng)俱全，一面紅色馬賽克裝飾的弧形墻面充滿了視覺沖擊力。
