前言
# PREAMBLE #
屋主是一對年輕夫妻
男主人是畫家
女主人是美妝博主，也是位準(zhǔn)媽媽
由于工作性質(zhì)不同
對居住的個性化需求也不同
男主人需要一間畫室/工作間
還需要一間可以放較大器械的健身房
女主人需要一間書房/直播室
陳列美妝用品和粉絲無障礙互動
共同的需求則是希望擁有大大的開放式中西廚+餐廳
美美的浴缸可以泡澡看星星
開闊敞亮的大客廳
舒適明亮的大臥室……
整體風(fēng)格定位為充滿藝術(shù)感的現(xiàn)代風(fēng)格
房子內(nèi)部的原始結(jié)構(gòu)卻并不理想，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)bug較多，已經(jīng)無法滿足現(xiàn)代年輕人的居住要求。我們充分勘測房屋結(jié)構(gòu)后總結(jié)出以下需要改善的問題：
1、一層地面存在近一米的高低差，活動極其不方便；
2、整個客餐廳公共空間被樓梯截斷，空間感喪失；
3、采光僅通過客廳一面窗戶和后院出口，導(dǎo)致別墅的中間段采光較差；
4、雖然別墅中央有個小天井，但是利用率低，光線也沒有很好地被引導(dǎo)到客廳。
我們的改造思路：把樓梯的改造作為重點，確定了將天井的優(yōu)化利用和樓梯做結(jié)合的改造思路。這樣做的最大好處是，縱向上打通了露臺至地下室的“光通道”，讓陽光惠及到每一層，使得整座房子內(nèi)部敞亮起來，處處可以享受到“日光浴”。
其次，針對一層的高低差問題，我們用兩段樓梯來分散落差，緩解了視覺壓迫感。第一段樓梯上來設(shè)計了一個緩沖的休閑平臺，這里可以直接上二樓，或者再經(jīng)過第二段樓體去餐廚區(qū)。

開門的第一視野可以穿透客廳、樓梯、餐廚區(qū)，直至后院，整體空間感較改造前已是質(zhì)的飛躍?；掖u、白墻，穿插局部深灰花紋的大理石，以及黑色金屬的質(zhì)感，一座現(xiàn)代風(fēng)格大宅赫然眼前。

樓梯上來是一塊休閑平臺，這里原本是樓梯所在的位置，改造后成為銜接客廳與餐廳的過渡區(qū)，也是兩條動線的樞紐，因此我們給與這里足夠?qū)挸ǖ目臻g。并且為了提升利用率，特意為喜歡黑膠音樂的男主人營造了這處品酒聽音樂的休閑區(qū)。當(dāng)半躺在休閑椅上俯瞰客廳與家人互動時，更多了一種有趣的體驗感。

樓梯是整套別墅里的核心與靈魂，更是顏值擔(dān)當(dāng)。我們將樓梯調(diào)整至天井中的最大好處是徹底釋放出原本截斷南北區(qū)域的樓梯井空間，實現(xiàn)了整個一層空間的貫通。樓梯為黑色鋼架主體，透明玻璃踏板的設(shè)計。頂部的陽光可以穿過透明踏板一瀉而下，直接打到地下室，別墅的縱向空間就被盤活了，無論采光還是通風(fēng)都得到質(zhì)級的提升。
