品牌策劃之初，我們便思考了很多。
商業(yè)的價(jià)值和目的是什么。
日料文化的精髓是什么。
當(dāng)下城市生活的痛點(diǎn)是什么。
空間美學(xué)與場(chǎng)所精神的關(guān)系是什么。
我們?nèi)绾问惯@幾點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生鏈接。創(chuàng)造一個(gè)商業(yè)模式成功并且能夠引領(lǐng)當(dāng)下城市生活和城市人文的日式餐廳。
我們認(rèn)為能夠解決人與人，人與城市，人與當(dāng)下社會(huì)進(jìn)程等等一系列的情感問(wèn)題。?我們這個(gè)餐廳才能稱之為有文化，有靈魂。?我們要解決的不光是吃飽／吃好，還要解決深層次的問(wèn)題，人文／情感／心靈／藝術(shù)／美學(xué)。

我們旨在創(chuàng)造一個(gè)詩(shī)意之地，居心之所。
處繁華而獨(dú)辟清幽之境，居鬧市而無(wú)車馬之喧。
停下來(lái)，讓自己安靜的品嘗每一顆米粒／每一根青菜／每一片肉，感受陽(yáng)光／雨露／微風(fēng)。
